I double check UBS port & wire, power, etc and everything is in its correct place;

Lexmark 1100 Colour Printer
Just in case you are considering a Lexmark printer, you might want to think again. I purchased a brand new Lexmark 1100 last year and had problems from the get go. The quality of the print is not very good, and smudges even on the best quality ink jet paper. And that is with one of their own cartridges.

Couldn't find the Lexmark site. My search of the net gave me heaps of sites when I searched Lexmark but in the 100's listed it didn't show up the Lexmark site. I have a Lexmark 1100 printer. It claims to be compatible with the PCL3 command set. Should I be able to make it work with BeOS? I don't see why not, but on the other hand, I haven't heard of anybody specifically trying this printer to find out. If you try it and get results either way, let us know.
